Will you teach me how to trade?
Of course, we provide introductory training for our beloved clients, as well as daily analysis of the financial markets. You will be assigned a responsible manager who will be your guide to the world of online trading.
What spreads do you offer?
We provide both floating and fixed spread types. As for prices, you will be pleasantly surprised. Spreads start from 0.0 pips on major pairs, with competitive pricing across all instruments.
What is the minimum deposit required to start?
The minimum deposit is $100 for our Nano Account. Even with such a balance and a trading leverage of 1:400, you will be able to trade on your Standard trading account.
Do you guarantee the safety of my funds?
ALS takes the safety of client funds very seriously. For this reason, all client funds are fully segregated from the company's own funds and kept in separate bank accounts. This ensures that client funds cannot be used for any other purpose.
What leverage do you offer?
We offer leverage options as high as 1:400 for Nano and Standard accounts, and up to 1:200 for Pro accounts. Leverage allows you to trade with more capital than you have deposited, but remember it also increases risk.
How long does it take to process withdrawals?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are usually instant, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
What trading platforms do you support?
We support MetaTrader 5 (MT5), which is available for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices. MT5 is a powerful platform with advanced charting tools, Expert Advisors, and mobile trading capabilities.
Do you offer negative balance protection?
Yes, all our account types include negative balance protection. This means you cannot lose more than your account balance, protecting you from extreme market volatility.
What payment methods do you accept?
